Our Story

Welcome, I’m Carol! I was raised in Fonthill and began my career as a professional figure skater before earning a university degree in nursing in the United States. I lived and worked in both Florida and New York, gaining valuable experience along the way. After nursing, I brought a successful chain of stores to Canada, where I was involved in both domestic and international design and manufacturing. This experience gave me a strong foundation in business and sales. I transitioned into real estate 20 years ago and have since become a consistently top award-winning producer with Royal LePage NRC Realty. I have a passion for competitive sports and earned my Master Official designation with Swimming Canada, participating at the Olympic Trials level.

My nursing career was perhaps the best preparation for real estate. It required a balance of knowledge, critical thinking, and constant action. Most importantly, it was about people. Just like patients, real estate clients allow me into their lives during important and often vulnerable moments. That responsibility calls for respect, trust, and compassion. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and the last thing you need is an overbearing, nerve-wracking Realtor®. There is, however, a time to push, and push hard! I will do that when it matters most, while always keeping your best interests at the forefront.

Howdy, I’m Josh! I am a University of Rochester biomedical engineer turned pre-law student turned Realtor®, and a former national-level swimmer. I take pride in putting my best foot (or arm) forward in every pursuit. I’m also a self-proclaimed:

    •    Enthusiast golfer (skilled at retrieving balls from both water and trees)

    •    Not-so-grand chess master

    •    Listener of just about every music genre

    •    Tabletop game master and role-player

    •    Avid fan of BBC mysteries and intrigue

    •    A regular at the Iron Sanctuary (better known as the gym)
